As a sales office, it had to project all the character and feel of the final product: unplastered brick, concrete and steel were the main finishes used in its construction; a gritty and raw experience when compared to the typically clinical showhouse.
The built ins of shelving and work tables were custom designed for the space, a further development of the industrial underconstruction aesthetic.
