distribution

The dreams of acquisition alone are insufficient for human sustenance, emotionally, intellectually and practically, because of the simple fact that acquisition does not translate to achievement. Acquisition indeed operates only with monetary economics as context, acknowledging process solely as product. Hence, the dreams of practically all countries are doomed, having been bound purely by their economies as actualised by acquisition, and not through true achievement. It is no surprise that the most respected countries were the ones originally strong in expertise. It is also true that these same cultures have been subverted through their participation in global ubiquity, by their re-creation as uncontextual environments preened for international consumption. Environmental ubiquity due to acquisition is a threat to our originality as a species, as it is to the survival of the human race. We have to unlearn the systems of the world we have inherited. We dream, for our dreams are what gives meaning to the fact of life. However, it is in the dreaming that we succeed or fail in coming to terms with that basic truth of being alive, for this truth transcends religion, politics, society and above all, the dogma of modern economics.

This truth is non-negotiable because it surrounds our existence as context. And only through it, can we reclaim the critical processes we have lost, to begin the shift in our understanding of human existence from one based on acquisition to one founded on the logistics of distribution.
